Do I have to book?
No, we love walk-ins! But we are popular and we don’t want anyone to miss out so it’s always a good idea, if you’re planning ahead. You can book via OpenTable (there’s a link at the top of the page) or you can email our friendly team and they can arrange the booking for you.
Can I request a specific location in the venue?
Yes, but please be advised that some of our private rooms allow for a minimum amount of people, and if your booking is below that, you will share that room with other patrons. If you’re unsure, please reach out to our team and we can make the booking for you.
Do you have “normal” beer?
Of course! We have all your favourites AND an incredible range of craft beers (you never know, you might want to shake things up a bit!)
Is there wheelchair access?
Absolutely! All areas of Frolic can be accessed by a wheelchair, and we have a readily available ramp for the main entrance. Both levels have accessible bathrooms.
Can I bring a cake and decorations?
Absolutely! Just keep in mind that we don’t have cutlery or crockery for enjoying your cake, but we are more than happy to store it for you. We love decorations, as long as they’re not messy and don’t interfere with other patrons.
Do you cater for dietaries?
Our menu has a great range of options that can accommodate vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets. Please note all dietaries when you are making your booking, and if you’re unsure, please reach out to our team to confirm options.
Can I bring my dog?
On Sundays, we love all well-behaved patrons in the cocktail garden, but the usual rules apply and management reserves the right to ask unruly pets to leave! We also ask that all pets be kept on their leash at all times. Registered service dogs are always welcome.
Do I have to order from the online ordering (Me&u)?
Nooooo! It’s there so you don’t have to leave the comfort of your table, but we can absolutely serve you at one of our many bars, and we have table service in our Wine Bar. Our Cocktail Garden is also complete with a dedicated Can Bar and a funky Caravan Bar that will both serve your favourites while you’re enjoying the sunshine.
Can I buy a Gift Voucher?
Yes! What a great gift! Send us an email or a message through our socials, but we are also working on online vouchers so watch this space!

Are children allowed?
Minors are permitted during the day until 5pm and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. But on Sundays, we love everyone! Bring your kids, bring your mum, neighbours, dogs, the more the merrier!
Do you sell bottles of your Frolic “Strikes Twice Gin” over the counter?
YES! That’s what it’s there for! Just ask the friendly bartenders and they will sort that out for you.
